We guarantee 100% refund for any order placed within 30 days. It does not matter what is the reason for order cancellation, found a better solution or just changed your mind. We refund Payments to your profile account balance to use it for future purchases. All you need to get a refund is to Login to the client area, go to Manage SSL or Orders section and click Cancel Order button. Our managers will review a request within 24-48 hours.

We also refund payments through your payment method you paid. Refund will incur a $15 USD charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. We reserve the right to block any account that had issues with refund.

Please note, we do not guarantee the refund when CA revokes SSL certificate for some reasons like Man-in-the-middle attack or Fake documents provided within verification.
